The TC Electronic SCF Gold brings back one of the most respected analog modulation sounds in pedal history, with three distinct flavors of movement packed into one stompbox. Its chorus is thick, lush, and dimensional, adding that unmistakable wide shimmer to clean tones, while the pitch modulation setting offers a more restrained way to add body and movement to higher-gain sounds. Switch over to flanger and you can go from subtle swirling motion to more pronounced, animated textures with a turn of the Intensity control.

Underneath those sounds is period-accurate bucket brigade circuitry that gives the SCF Gold its unmistakably organic analog character. The built-in analog preamp adds plenty of headroom and dynamic response, while the adjustable input gain lets you match the pedal to your rig and keep your signal feeling strong and clear. An overload LED makes it easy to see when you're pushing the input, and the dual outputs open up a huge stereo image when you want the modulation to spread across two amps or channels.
