New Items

  • Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: 3%

Used & Vintage Items

  • Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: 3%
    • This fee covers the credit card fee that is Non-refundable to us.

General Terms

  • Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. 
  • Shipping costs to and from will be deducted from the refund total after the package arrives back to our location.  Although we offer free shipping on outgoing packages, this does not mean there is not a cost to us to ship the product.  When returning an item, we will deduct the actual cost from the refund.
  • We strive to process all refunds within 2 to 4 business days of the return being received at our location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based on your bank's processing times. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.


Special Conditions

  • New Items: Most new items may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply and are listed below. Full refund amount will be less our outgoing and return shipping that is charged from our carriers.
  • Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our detailed quality checks allow us to stand behind every vintage and used instruments we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis.
  • All guitars are inspected at Haggerty's for their playability and overall condition. It is common for a guitars "action" to change during shipping due to climate differences from region to region. A simple setup can typically fix most of the playability issues if present and is often cheaper than a return and restocking fee.
  • Some products are not returnable under any circumstances such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass strings, drum heads, drumsticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
  • Drum Sets are expensive for buyers to ship back. We do not pay return shipping, and if there are any signs of use a restocking fee of 20% will be added to cover the cost of new head installation.
