The Squier Paranormal Precision Bass Thinline SJ takes the familiar character of a Precision Bass and gives it a completely different personality. The semi-hollow thinline body adds a natural resonance and liveliness to the instrument while reducing its weight, making it especially comfortable for long rehearsals, recording sessions, or nights on stage. It still has the unmistakable shape and feel of a classic P Bass, but there's something more open and airy happening underneath the notes.

A Fender-Designed '51 P Bass single-coil in the neck delivers that deep, authoritative thump that makes the Precision such a legendary bass, while the Jazz Bass pickup at the bridge brings in extra growl, focus, and bite.
