Built to turn heads and push boundaries, the Schecter Custom Shop Sunset Extreme-6 FR represents the bold, unapologetic spirit of modern high-performance guitars. Emerging from Schecter’s elite Custom Shop — where craftsmanship meets innovation — this model takes the familiar superstrat formula and elevates it with premium materials, precision engineering, and a visually striking Purple Swirl finish that ensures no two instruments are exactly alike. It’s a guitar designed not just to perform, but to stand out.
The Sunset Extreme platform has become a cornerstone for players who demand speed, comfort, and tonal versatility. With its sleek double-cutaway body and ultra-thin neck profile, this guitar is built for fluid playability across all 24 frets. The 5-ply maple and walnut neck provides exceptional stability, while the Macassar ebony fingerboard and stainless steel frets offer a fast, articulate playing surface that responds effortlessly to technical runs, wide bends, and aggressive picking styles.
Equipped with a Floyd Rose tremolo system, this model is ready for expressive performance — from subtle vibrato to extreme dive bombs — while maintaining rock-solid tuning stability. The dual Schecter Brimstone humbuckers deliver a powerful, modern voice with tight low end, focused mids, and clear, cutting highs. With the added push/pull coil split, players can access a surprising range of tones, making this guitar equally capable in metal, hard rock, fusion, and beyond.
From its custom purple swirl finish to its premium hardware and meticulous construction, this Sunset Extreme-6 FR embodies everything Schecter’s Custom Shop is known for: individuality, performance, and uncompromising quality. Complete with a hardshell case and Custom Shop accessories, this standout instrument is available now at Haggerty’s Music.

How accurate are your condition descriptions?
We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument.
