Its sinker redwood top carries a story as compelling as its sound. Reclaimed from the Noyo River in Mendocino County, this old-growth redwood matured slowly before resting underwater for generations, developing remarkable stability and complexity. Tonally, it offers a wide dynamic palette—clear and articulate when played lightly, yet warm and enveloping when pushed. This particular set leans slightly brighter, giving the guitar an immediacy and shimmer that pairs beautifully with the H13’s 12-fret responsiveness.

Matched with walnut back and sides, the voice finds a distinctive balance between richness and definition.
