This Novo Custom Shop Serus H2 represents a refined evolution of renowned luthier Dennis Fano’s offset-inspired vision — vintage soul reimagined through a modern boutique lens. Built with meticulous attention to detail and unmistakable character, the Serus H2 blends classic aesthetics with premium craftsmanship. Finished in Charcoal Frost with a light distress treatment, this guitar captures the look and feel of a well-loved instrument while delivering the reliability and precision of a brand-new build.

At the heart of the Serus H2 is a tempered pine body — a tonewood chosen for its lightweight resonance and lively, open response. Paired with a tempered maple neck carved into a substantial Chunky C profile, this guitar feels authoritative yet comfortable in hand. The compound 9.5"–14" fingerboard radius makes it equally at home playing first-position chords or executing wide, singing bends up high. The ebony fingerboard adds snap and clarity, complementing the organic warmth of the pine body.

Tonally, the Fralin Modern PAF humbuckers strike a beautiful balance between vintage sweetness and contemporary articulation — allowing players to dial into rich midrange bloom, tight low-end response, and a smooth, expressive high end that excels in everything from roots rock and indie-alternative to blues, classic rock, and even modern hardcore. The TonePros Tune-o-Matic and aluminum stop-bar tailpiece anchor the sound with sustain and punch, while the lightly aged hardware completes the understated boutique aesthetic.
