Harvested back in 2016 shortly after the tree’s natural death, Martin carefully incorporated this historic wood into the guitar’s heelcap, endpiece, and stunning Liberty Bell headplate inlay, giving players the rare opportunity to hold a tangible connection to America’s past in their hands.
