This Martin Dreadnought brings together the familiar power and projection of a classic mahogany-and-spruce combination with a comfortable, player-focused design. The spruce top delivers a clear, balanced response with plenty of headroom, while the mahogany back and sides add warmth, punch, and a woody character that sits beautifully in a mix. Its Black Smoke finish gives the guitar a distinctive modern look, complemented by antique white binding, a multi-stripe rosette, and a grained ivoroid pickguard.

The forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing helps the top respond with impressive depth and sensitivity, giving you strong low-end presence, articulate mids, and plenty of projection when you dig in. A 24.9-inch scale length and Modified Low Oval neck with High-Performance Taper make the guitar especially comfortable in the hands, while the ebony fingerboard, 16-inch radius, and 1.75-inch nut provide a smooth, familiar platform for everything from strumming to fingerstyle work. Mother-of-pearl 1955 Style 18 inlays add a tasteful vintage touch.

When it's time to plug in, the L.R. Baggs Element electronics preserve the guitar's natural acoustic character without getting in the way of its straightforward feel.
