Designed as a one-year-only Custom Shop offering, this extraordinary instrument blends premium tonewoods, distinctive visual artistry, and world-class craftsmanship into a guitar that is equally at home on stage, in the studio, or in a carefully curated collection. As Limited Edition No. 23, it stands as an exceptionally rare example of Martin's ongoing pursuit of acoustic excellence.

At its heart is an M (0000) body crafted with a responsive Engelmann spruce top and beautifully figured quilted maple back and sides. The top is adorned with an intricate custom paisley pattern that thoughtfully weaves together classic Martin design elements beneath a warm Ember Burst finish, creating an instrument that is unmistakably elegant without sacrificing timeless appeal. Forward-shifted Golden Era hand-shaped scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing gives this guitar an articulate, balanced voice with exceptional clarity, quick response, and impressive dynamic range, making it equally rewarding for fingerstyle players and flatpickers.

Equally impressive is the thoughtfully designed neck, featuring black walnut carved into Martin's comfortable GE Modified Low Oval profile with a High-Performance Taper. Premium appointments continue throughout with European flamed maple binding, custom abalone four-point snowflake inlays, an ebony fingerboard, quilted maple headplate, and elegant Waverly gold open-gear tuners. An LR Baggs Anthem pickup system provides natural, studio-quality amplified tone while preserving every nuance of the guitar's rich acoustic character.
