The Martin Custom 0 12-Fret Guatemalan Rosewood is a meticulously crafted small-bodied acoustic that blends vintage styling with modern precision. Its 0-size body is topped with a Sitka spruce VINTAGE TONE SYSTEM (VTS) top and paired with solid Guatemalan rosewood back and sides, producing rich, balanced tone with exceptional clarity and dynamic range. The gloss finish accentuates the natural beauty of the tonewoods, while European flamed maple binding and the Style 45 black maple fiber rosette with antique-white trim add refined elegance.

Playability is enhanced with a satin-finished Vintage Deluxe neck profile carved from 12/4 genuine mahogany, set with a high-performance taper for smooth, comfortable access to the 12th fret. The ebony fingerboard features long diamonds and squares in abalone inlay, providing visual sophistication and tactile precision. The slotted headstock with Martin & Co. abalone inlay and dovetail neck joint combine classic aesthetics with structural stability.

The guitar’s X-bracing, featuring Adirondack spruce with Golden Era scalloped construction, allows for exceptional resonance, sustain, and projection, ensuring every note sings with clarity. The Modern Pyramid ebony bridge with Liquidmetal bone pins and compensated bone saddle, along with Waverly gold side-mount tuners, guarantee precise intonation and tuning stability for both fingerstyle and flatpick playing.

Built without electronics, this Custom 0 relies entirely on its premium tonewoods and craftsmanship to deliver its voice. Paired with Authentic Acoustic Lifespan 2.0 Light strings, it produces expressive, responsive sound suitable for both performance and recording.
