Few guitarists have left as deep a mark on metal as Iron Maiden’s Adrian Smith, whose fiery leads and harmonized runs helped define the band’s three-guitar onslaught. To celebrate Iron Maiden’s 50th anniversary, Jackson honors this legacy with the Adrian Smith SC1 — a signature model crafted for players who demand classic tone, cutting-edge performance, and a direct connection to one of heavy metal’s most iconic riffmasters.
Built on the foundation of Smith’s longtime Jackson favorites, the SC1 blends modern specs with vintage attitude. The lightweight alder body and quartersawn maple neck deliver fast, responsive playability, while the 12"–16" compound radius fingerboard makes transitions from rhythm to lead effortless. Under the hood, a DiMarzio DP100 bridge humbucker brings snarling crunch and searing output, balanced by two Fender-designed Samarium Cobalt Noiseless single coils that offer pristine clarity and bite. Add in a top-mounted Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo for stage-ready pitch control, and you've got a guitar that’s just as prepared to gallop through Maiden’s discography as it is to inspire your own.
Whether you’re looking to capture Adrian Smith’s unmistakable tone or seeking a versatile shred machine with real rock pedigree, the SC1 delivers with precision, playability, and a whole lot of attitude. Finished in classic Snow White and ready to ride into battle, this axe ships with a gig bag for convenient transport and reliable protection. So run to the hills — the Black Hills of South Dakota, that is — and get yours at Haggerty’s Music today!

How accurate are your condition descriptions?
We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument.
