The Ibanez PIA3761C Steve Vai Signature Electric Guitar in Blue Powder is a true masterpiece designed to meet the exacting standards of legendary guitarist Steve Vai. Featuring a 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck, this guitar delivers exceptional tonal clarity and attack, while the Rosewood fretboard with PIA Blossom inlays adds a stunning visual aesthetic and balanced midrange tone. The alder body enhances resonance and sustain, producing a bright, articulate sound that complements Vai’s signature playing style.
Equipped with DiMarzio UtoPIA pickups, this guitar provides smooth highs, scooped mids, and a pronounced low end, making it an excellent choice for both lead and rhythm playing. The Edge tremolo system ensures superior tuning stability and precise intonation, while the Gotoh machine heads offer smooth tuning adjustments. Additional features like the scalloped fretboard (21-24 frets) for easier high-note bending, a high-pass filter on the volume control, and a magnetic tremolo cavity plate for quick access make this instrument as functional as it is visually striking. The Petal Grip, exclusive to the PIA series, symbolizes unity and companionship while providing a comfortable grip.
Available now at Haggerty’s Music, the PIA3761C comes complete with a hardshell case for ultimate protection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you set up every guitar before it ships?
Yes. Every guitar that leaves our store has been professionally inspected, set up, and signed off by the technician who worked on it. You will find a signed checklist inside the box when your order arrives.
How accurate are your condition descriptions?
We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument. We encourage you to call us before purchasing if you want a detailed in-hand description of any specific guitar.
Can I call and speak to someone about a guitar before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Our team are working musicians, not order-takers. Call us at 605-348-6737 and ask about any instrument in our inventory. We will physically pull it off the wall and describe it to you in detail.
