The Ibanez Mode MDM1605 in Deep Twilight feels like it was built for the player who refuses to be boxed into one sound. From the moment you pick it up, the lightweight alder body paired with a visually rich poplar burl top creates a balance of comfort and stage-ready elegance, while the roasted maple neck with its smooth satin feel invites fast, effortless movement across all 24 frets. It’s the kind of instrument that disappears in your hands—in the best way—letting you focus entirely on your groove, whether you're laying down tight low-end foundations or stepping forward with melodic runs. Available now at Haggerty’s Music, this bass is ready to meet you wherever your playing takes you.
Under the hood, the MDM1605 is all about control and expression. Equipped with dual Delta S5J single-coil pickups and the Ibanez Sonitech S preamp, it offers a wide tonal spectrum—from warm, vintage-inspired depth to crisp, modern articulation. A 3-band EQ, push-pull EQ bypass, and a 3-way mid-frequency switch with Hexa Mid system give you precise command over your sound, making it easy to dial in anything from punchy slap tones to smooth, rounded jazz voicings. This level of tonal flexibility means you’re not just playing a bass—you’re shaping your own sonic identity every time you plug in.
Every detail of the MDM1605 is designed with performance in mind, from its stainless steel frets for long-lasting durability to the MR5S bridge that ensures rock-solid tuning stability and consistent string spacing. The 34-inch scale length and extended low B string deliver clarity and definition across the full range, making it equally at home in studio sessions or on demanding live stages. Finished in the deep, moody hues of Deep Twilight with sleek black hardware, this bass doesn’t just sound incredible—it looks the part too. Find the Ibanez Mode MDM1605 at Haggerty’s Music and experience a modern instrument that truly keeps up with your creativity.

How accurate are your condition descriptions?
