The Gibson SG Standard ’61 Faded Maestro Vibrola revives the iconic look, feel, and sound of the early 1960s SG models, with added vibrato functionality for expressive performance. Its solid mahogany body with deeply sculpted contours and sharp double horns gives the guitar its instantly recognizable silhouette, while the satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish offers a vintage vibe and comfortable, broken-in feel.

The SlimTaper mahogany neck provides fast, comfortable playability, topped with a bound rosewood fingerboard featuring acrylic trapezoid inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets. The set-neck construction ensures excellent sustain and smooth access all the way to the 22nd fret, making this SG a powerful tool for both rhythm and lead players.
