Now available at Haggerty’s Music, this special edition honors the groundbreaking contributions of Mary Ford — guitarist, vocalist, and recording trailblazer — by replicating her custom Les Paul from 1958. With its eye-catching Goldtop finish paired with a Vintage Cherry back, this unique reissue captures Ford’s style and spirit in every detail.

The guitar features a non-weight-relieved mahogany body with a carved maple cap, producing the rich sustain and midrange warmth expected of a classic Les Paul. The SlimTaper mahogany neck is comfortable and fast-playing, while the Indian rosewood fretboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays delivers a smooth, familiar playing surface. Powering this tribute are two Burstbucker humbuckers — a Burstbucker 2 in the neck and a Burstbucker 3 in the bridge — bringing vintage PAF-style tones that range from warm cleans to punchy, articulate leads.

Distinctive cosmetic touches like the cream ES-295-style floral pickguard and matching armrest elevate this guitar into a showpiece. Other premium appointments include hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors, an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, Vintage Deluxe tuners, and a graph tech nut for solid intonation and tuning reliability.
