The Fender Vintera III Mid ’60s Jaguar brings the unmistakable character of a classic Jaguar into the hands of today’s players. The alder body provides a balanced, punchy foundation, while the pair of vintage-style mid ’60s single-coil pickups delivers the sparkling highs, tight response, and distinctive Fender clarity that make the Jaguar such a unique instrument. There’s plenty of versatility here, from bright, cutting rhythm tones to fuller sounds that can add texture and depth to everything from surf and indie to rock and alternative.

The authentic mid ’60s “C” neck profile has a familiar, comfortable feel, while the 7.25-inch radius fingerboard and vintage-tall frets make bends, chords, and melodic playing feel natural. The floating tremolo with tremolo lock adds expressive vibrato when you want it, and the Jaguar’s rhythm circuit gives you another way to shape the guitar’s voice. A vintage-style mute and tuning machines round out the period-correct experience while keeping the instrument practical for modern players.

From its classic offset body to the unmistakable Jaguar electronics and vintage-inspired appointments, the Vintera III Mid ’60s Jaguar captures the personality of one of Fender’s most distinctive designs. It has that immediate, slightly quirky response that makes a Jaguar so much fun to explore, while the familiar neck feel and versatile pickup system make it easy to settle into. Available now at Haggerty’s Music.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you set up every guitar before it ships?

Yes. Every guitar that leaves our store has been professionally inspected, set up, and signed off by the technician who worked on it. You will find a signed checklist inside the box when your order arrives.

How accurate are your condition descriptions?

We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument. We encourage you to call us before purchasing if you want a detailed in-hand description of any specific guitar.

Can I call and speak to someone about a guitar before I buy?

Yes, and we encourage it. Our team are working musicians, not order-takers. Call us at 605-348-6737 and ask about any instrument in our inventory. We will physically pull it off the wall and describe it to you in detail.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy if you change your mind and the item is returned undamaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
