Inspired by the modified 1972 Telecaster famously used by Mike Campbell on Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ classic “Refugee”, this signature model captures the spirit of the original with stunning detail. Finished in eye-catching Red Dog Red Heirloom nitrocellulose lacquer, the guitar delivers a naturally aged vintage look and feel that perfectly matches its iconic history and unmistakable stage presence.

Built with an alder body and one-piece maple neck, the Red Dog Telecaster offers classic Fender snap and resonance with a smooth, broken-in playing feel. The comfortable ’70s “C” neck profile, vintage frets, and traditional 7.25” fingerboard radius create an authentic old-school playing experience ideal for expressive chord work, melodic leads, and roots-inspired rock tones. Vintage-style appointments including Fender “F” stamped tuners, parchment pickguard, and heirloom nickel/chrome hardware complete the guitar’s timeless aesthetic.
