This used 7.8 lb Fender will ship insured, fully set up, and inspected from Rapid City, SD. In good condition, this guitar has suffered some wear to the paint and has scratches and chips across the body and neck. It's been refretted and given Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro pickups.
Buy risk free with our 14 day - full refund, less shipping, return policy. Check out our shop policies for more details.
This 1975 Stratocaster has the kind of feel that only decades of real stage time can create, pairing a maple C-shape neck with fresh jumbo frets that make every note ring with surprising clarity for a guitar its age. Its poplar body keeps the weight comfortable while still delivering that unmistakable Strat snap, and the bullet truss rod and 3-bolt micro-tilt neck give it all the seventies character players love. Even better, it comes with a photo of the original owner and RPM - a band cemented in the South Dakota Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
A full set of calibrated Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro pickups brings out a sweeter, warmer voice than a typical mid-seventies single-coil set, making this Strat a great fit for players who want vintage feel with more expressive dynamics. The USA vintage tremolo, die-cast tuners, and classic white plastics keep everything visually authentic, and the maple fingerboard with black dots keeps it bright, punchy, and ready for anything from clean rhythm to singing leads. It also arrives with a Fender hardshell case and a handful of original accessories to round out the experience.
Available now at Haggerty’s Music, this is the kind of seventies Strat that stands out not because it’s pristine, but because it’s lived, been played, been loved, and is absolutely ready for its next chapter. If you’ve been waiting for a vintage Strat with character, story, and upgraded playability, this one might be exactly the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Every guitar that leaves our store has been professionally inspected, set up, and signed off by the technician who worked on it. You will find a signed checklist inside the box when your order arrives.
How accurate are your condition descriptions?
We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument.
