Its deep cherry gloss finish highlights the slab mahogany body and aggressive double-cut silhouette, giving it that unmistakable vintage edge while improving upper-fret access in a way single-cut models simply can’t match. At its core, this Special is built around a resonant mahogany body paired with a one-piece mahogany neck shaped into a fast 60s SlimTaper profile. The rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets keeps bends smooth and chords comfortable, while the 12” radius adds modern playability to a vintage foundation.
