The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1963 Firebird V Reissue brings one of Gibson’s most distinctive designs back to life with the look, feel, and character that made the original so memorable. From the dramatic reverse body shape to the long, elegant headstock, this Firebird has a presence that refuses to blend into the background. The nine-ply mahogany and walnut neck-through-body construction gives the guitar a resonant, sustaining feel, while the mahogany body wings keep the familiar Firebird silhouette comfortable and balanced in your hands.

Plug in and the Gibson USA Firebird mini humbuckers deliver the bright, focused bite that has made these pickups so distinctive. Their Alnico 5 magnets give you plenty of clarity and articulation without losing the fullness needed for blues, rock, and everything in between. The neck-through construction lets notes ring with authority, while the Maestro Vibrola adds expressive pitch movement when you want to push a chord or lead line into more dramatic territory. There is a certain unmistakable Firebird character here, clear, cutting, and full of attitude.

The vintage-inspired details make this more than just a Firebird-shaped guitar. The SlimTaper Rounded C neck has softened fretboard edges for a comfortable, broken-in feel, while the rosewood fingerboard, mother-of-pearl trapezoid inlays and historically styled side dots reinforce the old-school character. Kluson planetary geared tuners, an ABR-1 bridge and engraved Maestro Vibrola complete the package, while CTS controls and Mallory capacitors keep the electronics equally serious.
