The Darkglass Alpha Omega 500 combines the brand’s ferocious Alpha·Omega distortion engine with a powerful 500-watt Class D platform for commanding stage and studio performance. The dual drive circuits—Alpha for tight, punchy definition and Omega for raw, aggressive grind—can be blended to taste, delivering everything from subtle harmonic warmth to modern high-gain saturation. A studio-grade VCA compressor adds polish and control, while Bite and Growl switches enhance presence and low-end heft for tones that feel massive yet articulate.

A 6-band graphic EQ with ±12dB control at carefully chosen frequencies allows precise tone sculpting, whether you’re dialing in crystal-clear cleans or sculpted overdrive. Enhanced cabinet simulation with three selectable impulse response slots feeds both the balanced XLR DI and headphone output, and USB connectivity via Darkglass Suite lets you load custom IRs and fine-tune settings.
