At the heart of this guitar is its 1-piece roasted quartersawn maple neck, which offers superior stability, resonance, and a smoother playing feel. The roasting process (also known as torrefaction) removes excess moisture and impurities from the wood, resulting in a lighter, more responsive neck that feels like it’s been played for decades. Paired with a compound radius (9.5" to 12") and narrow tall 6105 frets, it delivers a modern playing experience with vintage aesthetics — equally comfortable for chunky cowboy chords, intricate leads, or soaring bends.
