At the heart of this guitar is a sinker redwood top, prized for its quick responsiveness, rich overtones, and warm, broken-in character that feels vintage from the first strum. Paired with scalloped X-bracing, the top delivers excellent headroom while remaining touch-sensitive and expressive. The 000 body shape keeps the sound focused and articulate, offering clarity across the spectrum without sacrificing depth.

The back and sides are crafted from striped Macassar ebony, a dramatic and tonally powerful tonewood known for its piano-like clarity, strong low end, and shimmering highs. Macassar ebony adds definition and sustain, complementing the warmth of the redwood top while enhancing note separation and projection. European flamed maple binding throughout the body, fingerboard, and headstock adds a refined visual contrast that highlights the guitar’s custom nature.

A GE Modified Low Oval neck with a satin finish provides a comfortable, broken-in feel, while the long 25.4” scale length adds snap and articulation to the overall response.
