Designed to inspire at every level, the Builder’s Edition 914ce in Wild Honey Burst is a premium acoustic-electric instrument that combines elite craftsmanship with luxurious comfort features — now available at Haggerty’s Music. This meticulously built Grand Auditorium offers a rich, full-spectrum tone shaped by the pairing of a Lutz spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering warm lows, sparkling highs, and rich harmonic content. Taylor’s patented V-Class bracing enhances the guitar’s natural voice with greater volume, longer sustain, and improved intonation across the neck.

Comfort-focused refinements define the Builder’s Edition experience. A beveled mahogany armrest, beveled cutaway, and chamfered body edges ensure an ultra-smooth feel, while rolled fretboard edges and Taylor’s Silent Satin finish reduce handling noise and enhance playing comfort. Aesthetically, this model shines with Belle Fleur inlays in paua and mother-of-pearl, a paua rosette, and a mother-of-pearl peghead logo, framed by koa purfling for an exquisite presentation. Additional high-end appointments include Gotoh 510 antique gold tuners, ebony bridge pins, and a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard and bridge. Outfitted with Taylor’s ES2 electronics for natural-sounding amplified tone, this model includes a Taylor deluxe hardshell case for premium protection.
