This used 7.8 lb Luxxtone will ship insured, fully set up, and inspected from Rapid City, SD. This guitar is in excellent condition with a small chip at the truss rod access point and a slightly loose pickup selector switch. Although this guitar has a wide array of intentional cosmetic wear, courtesy of Luxxtone's custom shop, it plays and feels great!

The Luxxtone Choppa J may be dressed in vintage colors, but it’s a full-throttle, modern hot rod of a guitar. Inspired by offset icons yet meticulously refined for high-performance playability, this hand-built USA instrument brings together vintage styling and modern attitude in one uniquely expressive package. Seafoam Green over Sonic Blue with a heavily aged nitro finish gives it that lived-in, road-worn look, but the tight edge radius, contoured neck heel, and roasted Birdseye maple neck make it feel shockingly fast and smooth in hand.

The heart of the Choppa J is its tonewood and pickup pairing: swamp ash for punch and resonance, with a Luxxbucker Hot in the bridge and a custom-wound Arcane P-90 in the neck. This HS configuration gives you gritty, focused drive and vintage clarity with just a flip of the switch — ideal for modern rock, surf, punk, and beyond. A TonePros locking bridge and Luxxtone tailpiece deliver rock-solid intonation, while Hipshot locking tuners ensure stage-ready tuning stability.
