Built with solid sapele back and sides and a solid Sitka spruce top, this Grand Auditorium acoustic/electric provides a bold yet balanced sound that adapts seamlessly to any musical style. Expect clear treble shimmer, a punchy midrange, and warm, woody lows that complement both fingerstyle finesse and dynamic strumming.

The V-Class bracing inside enhances the 314ce’s natural resonance, boosting volume, sustain, and intonation accuracy, making every note ring with clarity. Its 25-1/2” scale length, paired with Taylor’s renowned neck profile and low action, ensures a smooth, inviting feel across the ebony fretboard. A Venetian cutaway grants easy access to higher frets, while onboard Expression System® 2 electronics deliver faithful amplified tone for stage or studio.

Visually, the 314ce combines modern minimalism with classic appeal, featuring a gloss top, satin-finished back and sides, crisp black binding, and a black firestripe pickguard.
