The PRS SE NF53 delivers a masterful blend of classic bolt-on snap and modern tonal refinement, making it one of the most versatile and compelling entries in the SE lineup. Taking inspiration from the earliest solidbody electrics, this guitar starts with a swamp ash body for a bright, resonant tonal core and pairs it with a 25.5" scale length bolt-on maple neck and fingerboard for added clarity and attack. At the heart of the SE NF53 are its unique PRS Narrowfield DD "S" pickups. These "Deep Dish" pickups pack the focused voice of a single coil with the output and noise-free benefits of a humbucker.
