Built in the Maryland S2 line, the Vela features a mahogany body with the model’s signature asymmetric bevel carve, giving the guitar both visual character and comfortable contours. The Vela’s pickguard-mounted electronics give it a personality all its own. A PRS DS-01 bridge pickup delivers bright, punchy tones with plenty of attitude, while the PRS Narrowfield neck pickup adds focused clarity and bite with a unique single-coil-like response.
