At the core of this instrument are PRS Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) pickups, a unique design that bridges the gap between traditional single-coils and humbuckers. Their taller bobbins allow for additional coil winds, while extra metal pieces between the magnets focus the magnetic field for a punchier, more powerful voice.
