Inspired by the pre-war Martin that Clapton played on Unplugged, this model combines a solid Adirondack spruce top with antique toner and Guatemalan rosewood back and sides, producing a lush, balanced voice with incredible sustain. Adirondack spruce Golden Era–inspired scalloped bracing ensures maximum resonance and responsiveness, whether for delicate fingerpicking passages or powerful strumming. A genuine mahogany neck with the Authentic 1939 profile, slightly narrower nut width, and an ebony fingerboard adorned with abalone snowflake inlays deliver a comfortable, vintage-inspired playing experience.
