This floor model combines headless construction with a chambered African mahogany body topped with striking poplar burl for a lightweight yet resonant instrument ideal for extended playing sessions. Its multi-scale design (35"-32.5") provides even string tension across all six strings, offering tight, punchy lows and smooth, articulate highs. The 9-piece panga panga/walnut neck with graphite reinforcement and a bound panga panga fretboard ensures outstanding stability and sustain, while medium stainless steel frets provide lasting durability and a smooth feel.

Equipped with a pair of Nordstrand Custom Big Split pickups and a Vari-Mid 3-band EQ with an EQ bypass switch, the EHB1506MS delivers a wide tonal palette — ranging from deep, growling lows to crisp, defined highs — making it suitable for virtually any playing style.
