Designed for players who value function and form, the Gibson Theodore Standard Electric Guitar in Ebony brings a historic 1957 design from the Gibson archives to life with modern performance and vintage character. Available now at Haggerty’s Music, this model features a lightweight mahogany body with a distinctive Theodore double cutaway shape and a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Its SlimTaper mahogany neck, capped with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, offers a smooth, fast playing experience and excellent upper fret access thanks to the deep Florentine cutaways.

Equipped with a pair of ’57 Classic humbuckers (Classic in the neck and Classic Plus in the bridge), this guitar delivers a versatile tonal range with warm vintage clarity and a powerful bite. Premium hardware includes an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, Grover Mini Rotomatic tuners, and black top hat control knobs. Hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors ensure exceptional tonal response. A Gibson hardshell case and accessory kit are included.
