This LTD Red Hot Stratocaster from the Fender Custom Shop is a testament to how deeply a Strat can be reimagined while still honoring more than six decades of tradition. Built on a 60s-style platform and wrapped in a stunning Heavy Relic Dirty White Blonde finish, this instrument captures the unmistakable vibe of a road?worn workhorse — an instrument that looks like it has spent a lifetime on the world’s most storied stages. The ash body and lacquer relic work give it the aesthetic presence of a true vintage survivor, while its modern enhancements ensure it plays and sounds better than ever.

At its core, this model is driven by the Custom Shop’s hand?wound Red Hot Strat pickups — among the most muscular, expressive Strat pickups Fender produces. They deliver searing output, rich harmonic detail, and a bold midrange push that excels in blues?rock, fusion, modern worship, and high?octane lead work. Yet, even with their power, these pickups remain unmistakably Strat: glassy in the highs, dynamic under the fingers, and beautifully responsive to pick attack and volume?knob cleanup. The AA flame maple neck — finished in a dark?tinted NCL lacquer and shaped to a 1959 D profile — adds both visual elegance and luxurious playability.
