The Seifert bow workshop was established in 1932 by Oskar Seifert. Now led by the second and third generations, Lothar Seifert and his sons continue the tradition of crafting bows by hand in small quantities. They use only wood that has been dried in their workshop for a minimum of 20 years, resulting in bows with professional-grade qualities. Seifert bows have been cherished, played, and collected by serious musicians for decades.
