The BilT Volare Custom is a boutique semi-hollowbody that merges classic design with modern playability. Handcrafted in Des Moines, Iowa, BilT guitars are known for their impeccable craftsmanship, unique styling, and tonal versatility. This used Volare features a lightweight mahogany body capped with an alder top, finished in a high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer for resonance and vintage appeal. Double parchment body binding and a tortoise pickguard complete the elegant, retro-inspired aesthetic.

This model has been upgraded with a pair of Lollar P-90 pickups, offering a raw, articulate voice with plenty of bite and clarity. Combined with the semi-hollow design and Bigsby B7 vibrato, this Volare delivers everything from smooth cleans and jangly chime to gritty blues and expressive rock tones. A roasted flamed maple neck with an ebony fingerboard ensures stability, fast playability, and rich sustain, while stainless steel medium jumbo frets promise long-lasting performance.

Finished off with high-end hardware including a roller Tune-O-Matic bridge, Kluson locking tuners, and Mustang-style knobs, this Volare is built for professional reliability and expressive tone.
