The 1986 Marshall Model 5005 Lead 12 is a solid-state combo that has become a cult favorite for its authentic British tone, legendary styling, and surprising punch. With its signature gold control panel and bold white logo, this amp doesn’t just look like a Marshall—it roars like one, too.

Built around a 10” Celestion G10D-25 speaker and rated at 12 watts, the Lead 12 delivers a tight, mid-forward sound that's perfect for classic rock crunch, bluesy overdrive, and articulate cleans. The EQ section—Gain, Volume, Treble, Middle, and Bass—lets you sculpt tones from smooth and mellow to edgy and aggressive. A high and low sensitivity input adds even more tonal variety, while the headphone/line out jack makes it a great tool for both recording and late-night practice.
