This model delivers the aged warmth and balance of a traditional Martin, thanks to its solid spruce top treated with a Vintage Tone System and genuine mahogany back and sides. Crafted with a dovetail neck joint and natural protein glue construction, the 000-18 Modern Deluxe exudes vintage character while integrating cutting-edge design features. These include Liquidmetal bridge pins with red dot accents, a carbon fiber composite bridgeplate for added projection, and a Vintage Deluxe neck profile with a slightly asymmetrical taper for ultimate fretting comfort. Aesthetically refined, it showcases East Indian rosewood binding, gold frets, a pearl-inlaid 1930s-style script logo, and gold open-gear tuners with butterbean knobs.
