Built for tone, comfort, and reliability, this Martin D-X2E in Sitka Spruce and Brazilian Rosewood HPL delivers bold dreadnought sound with modern playability. Part of Martin's X Series, this acoustic-electric model pairs a satin-finished spruce top with durable high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides that resemble beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood, combining classic aesthetics with road-ready construction. The dreadnought body shape provides strong projection and deep bass, ideal for strumming, flatpicking, or singer-songwriter arrangements across all genres.

Playability enhancements include a thinner select hardwood fingerboard with a gently beveled comfort edge and high-performance taper neck profile for a relaxed and accommodating feel. The built-in Martin E-1 electronics system features a chromatic tuner and volume, tone, and phase controls, making it easy to plug in and perform with confidence.
