Featuring an Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body, this guitar is lighter and more comfortable to play during long gigs or jam sessions. The carved AA figured maple cap not only enhances the guitar's stunning appearance but also adds clarity and brightness to the tone, while still delivering the signature warmth and punch from the mahogany body.

The Les Paul Studio Session boasts a glued-in mahogany neck with a Modern Contoured Heel for easy upper fret access and a fast-playing SlimTaper™ profile. The bound ebony fretboard is fitted with acrylic trapezoid inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets, offering a smooth, comfortable playing experience perfect for rhythm chords and lead string bends. Whether you're shredding solos or laying down grooves, the 12" radius fretboard ensures comfort and precision.

In terms of electronics, the Les Paul Studio Session is packed with features that provide endless tonal possibilities. Equipped with ’57 Classic™ pickups in the neck and ’57 Classic + in the bridge, you can blend sounds, coil tap for single-coil clarity, or switch the phase for even more sonic flexibility. The Pure Bypass switching allows the bridge pickup to bypass the controls completely for the purest signal path possible. Tuning stability is rock solid, thanks to the Grover® Rotomatic® tuners, aluminum Nashville Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, and aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece.
