The Gibson Les Paul Standard ’60s delivers the iconic style, tone, and feel of the early 1960s Golden Era models. Available now at Haggerty’s Music, this guitar pairs a non-weight-relieved solid mahogany body with an AA figured maple top for a blend of warmth, midrange punch, and extra bite. The SlimTaper mahogany neck offers fast, comfortable playability, while the bound Indian rosewood fingerboard features 22 medium jumbo frets and acrylic trapezoid inlays. Outfitted with a pair of 60s Burstbucker pickups loaded with Alnico 5 magnets, it delivers everything from warm, singing leads to articulate rhythm tones. Hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors ensure classic Gibson tonal character, and premium hardware including Grover Rotomatic tuners, an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, and an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece provide rock-solid performance. Finished in a stunning Iced Tea gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, this Les Paul comes with a Gibson hardshell case and accessory kit.
