Step into the sound and style of a true rock icon with the Epiphone Jimi Hendrix™ "Love Drops" Flying V™, a faithful tribute to one of Hendrix’s most distinctive guitars. Developed in partnership with Gibson Custom and the Hendrix family, this model brings to life the legendary Flying V that Jimi customized with hand-painted psychedelic artwork and played extensively between 1967 and 1969. Originally a Sunburst model, Hendrix transformed it into a visual and sonic masterpiece—now authentically recreated for modern players and collectors alike.

Crafted with a mahogany body and a one-piece mahogany neck, this Flying V features a comfortable rounded C profile and a laurel fretboard with 22 medium jumbo frets for smooth playability. The back of the headstock bears an Inspired by Gibson Custom logo alongside a reproduction of Jimi’s signature, adding a unique touch. Tuning stability is ensured with Epiphone Deluxe tuners, while the short Maestro™ Vibrola™ tailpiece delivers expressive vibrato action.

Equipped with a pair of Gibson Custombucker humbuckers™, this guitar delivers the dynamic, vintage-inspired tones Hendrix used to craft his legendary sound. The pickups are wired through CTS® potentiometers, a Mallory™ tone capacitor, and a Switchcraft® 3-way pickup selector switch, ensuring premium signal clarity.
