Great tone starts with the right tool—and the Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS is built to help you create without limits. Designed for guitarists who crave modern versatility wrapped in timeless style, this bold take on the Strat® features an alder body finished in a striking Sunshine Yellow gloss and a fast Modern “C” maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Rolled edges and a satin back finish make for a smooth, comfortable feel, while the 22 medium jumbo frets ensure effortless playability. Under the hood, this Strat is loaded with a high-output Player II Modified humbucker in the bridge, paired with noise-free Strat® pickups in the middle and neck positions for sparkling cleans and punchy leads. A push/pull tone knob activates coil-splitting for single-coil tones, adding even more flexibility. Locking tuners, a TUSQ nut, and an upgraded 2-point tremolo with chamfered block keep tuning locked down—even during expressive vibrato work.
