The Gretsch G6131-MY Malcolm Young Signature Jet pays tribute to one of rock’s greatest rhythm guitarists. Malcolm Young’s signature sound helped define AC/DC’s legendary tone, and this model faithfully recreates his battle-hardened Gretsch Jet, famously nicknamed "The Beast."

This guitar captures the essence of Young’s stripped-down style, featuring a chambered mahogany body with a maple top, finished in an aged natural stain with a thin-skin satin finish for an authentic, tour-worn feel. True to Malcolm’s modifications, it boasts “DIY” pickup routes with simulated screw holes, chrome switch plugs, and a TV Jones Power’Tron™ bridge pickup for that unmistakable, high-output punch. The Space-Control™ bridge, Gretsch ‘60s Jet™ tailpiece, and Schaller® die-cast tuners ensure rock-solid performance.
