The Gibson SG Standard captures the iconic look and feel of late '60s SG™ models that have become highly sought after. Now part of the Custom Color Series, it introduces vibrant new finishes to spice up any stage performance or guitar collection. It boasts a rounded mahogany neck, a bound rosewood fingerboard, and a solid mahogany body with a long tenon neck joint at the 19th fret, delivering outstanding sustain. The 490R and 490T Alnico 2 pickups offer powerful, dynamic tones, while the black 5-ply full-face pickguard gives it a distinctive style. A soft shell case is included for protection.
