The Gibson Margo Price Signature J-45 Acoustic/Electric Guitar in Heritage Cherry Sunburst is a tribute to the multiple award-winning artist whose music defies genre limitations. Designed in collaboration with Gibson Custom, this signature model is inspired by Margo Price’s beloved mid-60s J-45, a guitar she describes as her "main baby." Built with a slightly thinner mahogany body and a red spruce top, it delivers warm, rich tones with enhanced resonance. The traditional hand-scalloped advanced X-bracing ensures exceptional projection and sustain, while the mahogany neck with a Rounded profile provides smooth playability. The rosewood fretboard, mother-of-pearl dot inlays, and Grover strap tuners with white buttons add both elegance and reliability. Equipped with L.R. Baggs Element VTC electronics, this guitar is stage- and studio-ready, delivering pristine amplified tones. The unique double 50s-style J-45 tortoise pickguards feature red-tailed hawk graphics, a personal symbol for Margo, representing strength and perseverance.
